Creating a New Login
To start using our Internet ordering system right away, you need to create a new customer login. Once you have finished filling out your profile information, you can begin creating your own personal shopping list or place an order right away.
You can register directly with Alpha Business Services, Inc. T/A Arssupply. Call Customer Service at 410-633-1910 . If you are already a customer, call us about setting up your custom pricing and contracts online. If you don’t currently have an account with us, please feel free to call us during regular business hours so that we can set you up with additional online discounts and savings.
Your Privacy Counts
We fully comply with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines for consumer privacy and will only use your personal information for in-house processing.
Accepted Payment Type
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Prepaid orders either via Check or Money Order are welcomed. Products are shipped after clearance. Established accounts are offered credit terms.
Freight Policy
The freight charges below are an estimate only. Actual charges are based on shipping method and weight, after application of any discounts, contracts or promotions. The normal rates are as follows: UPS Ground $7.97 UPS 2nd Day $17.94 UPS Next Day $26.77 98% of our orders are shipped UPS ground and delivered the following day from the closest warehouse to your location. If the charges for the service you request do not exceed the above estimates, the order will be processed immediately. If the charges exceed these figures, the total will be sent to you for confirmation prior to processing the order. APO/FPO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We try to keep the charge to no more than $7.97. Express delivery is not available, and overseas delivery runs between 5 and 12 business days.
Privacy Policy
When you visit our site, we do not collect your name, e-mail address, or other personal information unless you provide it to us. We do not follow your browsing path inside or outside of arssupply. We do not share, sell or trade e-mail addresses, or other details about you. We do not contribute or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which could give other companies access to your personal information. We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored in a highly secure server that is not accessible outside of our office. If you supply us with your e-mail address, telephone number or postal address, we may contact you with information on new products, prices, services, or special events. If you do not wish to receive these in the future, please e-mail, call or write us and we will remove your information from our database. We want your visit to be enjoyable and free from worry about the security of your personal information. Return Policy
Due to a limited shelf life, many manufacturers of toner or ink cartridges will not accept returns after 90 days. If you experience problems, please contact us, and we will do all in our power to rectify the situation. In the event a return is necessary please contact Customer Service at (800) 937-6405 who will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns for a mistake you made in ordering may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions, please call or e-mail us.
